c) Biometric data

The Application may use your device’s biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to secure access to your account. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

d) Information from third parties

We may receive information from employers, authentication providers, or technology services you use to access the Application or complete application processes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Match candidates with relevant job opportunities based on profile attributes

We do not use your information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to third-party data brokers.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

By using the Application, you accept this Privacy Policy and authorize the processing of your data as described herein.

Where required by law, we will request specific consent for certain processing activities (for example, marketing communications or sensitive data processing such as ethnicity or physical measurements).

Sensitive personal data (including ethnicity and physical measurements) is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user and is used exclusively to facilitate job matching within the Application.

4. Analytics and Performance Technologies

We may use internal analytics tools within the Application solely to understand usage patterns, diagnose errors, and improve performance. These tools do not link your data to third-party advertising networks and do not track your activity across other apps or websites. No data is shared with advertising platforms.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time directly within the Application by going to Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
